I should probably try to bake a different kind bread some time, but I'm just too glad to have found a recipe that consistently produces good results, and isn't too much effort.

@lioh Sure, I can write it up, though it's not very exciting, and I'm also using a gluten-free convenience flour mix as base - so I don't know the exact composition of the main part. But I guess any flour mix targeted a bread would work.
(I also have no idea if I'm actually doing the right thing, except that the result seems ok...)
