Hrm. Running Windows ssh and my "legacy" setup inside Cygwin (where also my ssh-agent currently lives) seems kinda problematic?
I mean, I certainly can't share the config (due to different views of the pathes inside cygwin), and I also can't seem to directly reference my current key files, as Microsoft ssh keeps claiming the permissions are wrong...

@galaxis i don't know anything about windows paths or permissions but you might be able to rig a small common config to reference each of the two expected path formats?

Include c:/ssh/*

@xurizaemon That's an interesting idea, but I think it's probably better to create separate environments in the end.
