Shouldn't node.js be suspectible to attacks too? Didn't see any reaction from them up to now...

@galaxis in theory any JIT can be compromised to mimic the patterns needed for Spectre. However browsers are more of a risk as they run untrusted code. One assumes your node.js app isn't trying to subvert it's host although given the state of the art for node library packing maybe I'm giving it too much credit.
